How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed at any time through our website by simply checking out as a guest, logging into your existing account, or by creating a new account.

How can I find tracking details for my order?
Domestic orders: Australia Post will send you an email notification to the email provided with your tracking reference number once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk/other folder if you do not receive your tracking notification. If a phone number has been provided with your order, you will also receive an SMS message to confirm delivery details.
International orders: We are unable to provide automatic tracking notifications for international orders but tracking details can be provided upon request. Please contact our Customer Service hotline on 1300 255 432 or email officialshop@melbournecityfc.com.au if you have any queries.

When will my order arrive?
Provided a product is in stock, orders are processed and despatched from our warehouse usually within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for custom orders, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
Once your order is despatched from our warehouse and received by Australia Post, subject to any unforeseen circumstances, your order will likely arrive according to the following timelines:
The above timeframes may differ in busy holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, public holidays, and long weekends. Some parcel deliveries are being delayed due to COVID-19 disruptions to Australia Post and other parcel delivery service providers.

- VIC regional: 3 business days
- Interstate metro: 3-5 business days

Only part of my order has arrived, when will I receive the rest?
If you have purchased multiple items, your order will generally arrive as one parcel. Occasionally it may be necessary to split your order into multiple parcels to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Some bulky items may be despatched directly from our supply partners. In most cases you will receive a separate tracking notification directly from the supplier, however, please call our Customer Service hotline on 1300 255 432 should you have any concerns.

What happens if my order has been processed but there is no available stock?
We will do our best to ensure that you are notified whether a product is in stock at the time you place an order. However, if for any reason your product is no longer available after the time of your order, we will contact you using the details you provided to offer an alternative.

Can I exchange or return an item on a matchday?
You can exchange your item/s on a home matchday at one of the Melbourne City FC outlets with an original proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be in original condition, unworn/unwashed, unstained, and with tags attached.
- Items may only be refunded if they are majorly defective or faulty.

What is classified as proof of purchase?
- Original Melbourne City FC in-store receipt.
- Tax invoice from the relevant Melbourne City FC online order.
What if I no longer have proof of purchase and want to request an exchange or return?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds without proof of purchase under any circumstance.
MCFC may, in its absolute discretion, exchange an item with an exact replica of that item (i.e. the same colour and size) without the requirement to provide proof of purchase.

As a member, does my 10% membership discount apply to sale items?
As a member you will not receive a further 10% off items for sale in-store or online. However, we offer exclusive member discounts throughout the year so stay tuned!
Can my jersey be customised on a matchday?
Unfortunately, your jersey cannot be customised on a matchday.
However, you can leave your jersey and personal details with one of our friendly merchandise staff on matchday and your jersey will be taken back to our warehouse to be customised and despatched to you within 10 business days.

How can I use my MCFC gift voucher?
You may use your MCFC gift voucher online to make purchases via the club’s official online shop. Please enter your voucher code when prompted at the ‘payment’ step of the checkout process. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at physical outlets on matchdays.
