Membership FAQs


A: City Pay is our rebranded auto rollover program. You’ll never lose your reserved seat again and you’ll be the first to receive your all-new membership packs. Not only is it convenient, but it also makes your membership so much more affordable - with City Pay, you can split your payments into 12 easy instalments that will be automatically debited from your assigned credit/debit card on the 1st of each month.


A: No. There have been no changes to the seating map for season 2021/22.

Renewing members:
All 2020/21 renewing members will have the opportunity to retain the same seat they held for the 2019/20 season - before COVID restrictions were introduced. To do so, your membership renewal must be received by the club no later than 5pm, Monday 2 August 2021.

New members:
All new members will be issued a reserved seat based on best availability at the time of purchase.

NOTE:
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure you have access to your allocated seat throughout the season, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, any seating allocations for a 2021/22 season membership may be impacted by State Government or stadium management directions regarding physical distancing measures. Therefore, specific member seating allocations are not guaranteed under the Club’s membership terms and conditions.



A: Melbourne City Adult, Junior and Concession members will receive two FREE tickets (for any match excluding the derby) with their membership. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these guest tickets will be seated directly next to you, but they can be fulfilled in the closest available seat possible.

An update on the redemption process will be provided in the coming months.


A: Dry Areas are alcohol-free bays and are available within the General Admission membership category, located in Bay 42. These are great areas for our Family members to sit. Non-Dry Areas permit alcohol to be consumed. Alcohol is permitted in all bays except for those noted above. Please note: the dry area becomes reserved seating for the Derby.


A: Yes, subject to availability.

Please note that seating changes made outside of the renewal period may incur a $15 administration and card reprinting fee (i.e. once the A-League season has commenced).


A: Children must be 14 years of age or under as of 1 July 2021 to qualify for a City Junior membership.
Children aged 3 years or under will be admitted free to Melbourne City FC home games at AAMI Park but will not be provided with a seat. Relevant junior tickets need to be purchased for children occupying seats.


A: No, your membership only grants you access to A-League home matches at AAMI Park, along with all W-League and Y-League home matches.


A: No. We offer the best value General Admission Family package which includes two Adult memberships and four City Junior memberships. Additional Junior memberships can be purchased within each category of family membership option from $48. There is no limit to the number of additional children that can be added.

Please note that only children aged 14 years or under at 1 July 2021 can be included as part of the Family Membership packages as Juniors. Upgrades for Concessions (15, 16 or 17 years of age) are also available from $108.


A: AAMI Park has 2 lifts providing wheelchair access.

Wheelchair viewing areas are located on level 1, aisles 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 15, 19, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 36 and 40.


A: In an effort to improve Melbourne City’s communication with members, the club is aiming to collect as many email addresses as possible for season 2021/22. Please assist us by providing your email address when completing your application form.

A: When entering AAMI Park using your membership card or individual ticket, you are consenting to comply with AAMI Park Conditions of Entry and must not enter the field of play at any time and, if you do, you may be fined, expelled from the venue or banned from attending further matches and subject to legal action.


A: Members receive 10% off selected official Club merchandise from the online shop located at melbournecityfc.com.au

Alternatively, you can also purchase a range of merchandise on match days from the retail outlets on Level 1 at aisle 3 and 23 within AAMI Park; and outside on the Olympic Boulevard concourse next to Edwin’s Café.


A: All GA members are required to reserve a seat via Ticketek for the derby match against Melbourne Victory FC at AAMI Park. A nominal administration fee applies to reserve your seat through ticketek.com.au.


A: Yes - our City Pay program is a convenient and affordable way to pay your membership the way that suits you.

City Pay offers you two payment options:

Pay in interest free monthly instalments - payments debited the first business day of each month for 12 months.
or
Annually - deducted on the 1st July each year with no paperwork required.

Payments will be deducted directly from your nominated VISA or MasterCard.


A: Please see membership staff on match day (location TBC for 21/22 season) to ensure we can assist you.


A: The Active Supporter Bays are fully reserved membership only areas located at the southern end of AAMI Park in Bays 16-17 dedicated for ‘active’ support.
This means that there may be large banners and flags being displayed before and during the match, and at times your vision may be obstructed.
In addition, the fans in these areas often stand, sing and chant throughout the match.
If you do not wish to partake in the above-mentioned activities, it is recommended that you select a seat elsewhere in the ground.


A: Reserved seat family memberships in City Platinum and City Blue categories are inclusive of two adults and two junior memberships. Please call our membership team on 1300 255 432 to discuss your upgrade options.
