Membership FAQs

When does the membership season start and end?

Your membership is valid from the date of purchase through to the end of the A-League Men’s and/or Women’s 2025/26 season. Finals aren’t included, but members receive priority access to buy finals tickets.

Do I get access to A-League Women’s games with my membership?

Yes — Full Season A-League Men’s memberships include access to A-League Women matches. Always check inclusions when signing up.

Can I purchase multiple memberships at once?

Yes. You can add multiple memberships (for family or friends) in a single transaction. Select the quantity, add to cart, and complete each member’s details at checkout.

What happens if I lose my physical membership card?

Contact the membership team and we’ll issue a replacement. A $15 reprint/admin fee applies, or you can switch to a digital card at no cost.

Are memberships refundable?

Memberships are non-refundable. If you’d like to discuss your circumstances, please contact our team on 1300 255 432 or email membership@melbournecityfc.com.au.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else for a game?

Yes — memberships are fully transferable. If you can’t attend, forward your digital membership card to a friend or family member for that match.

Do members get finals ticket priority?

Yes — if Melbourne City qualifies for finals, members receive exclusive pre-sale access to buy tickets before the general public.

Is parking included in any memberships?

Parking isn’t included. You can pre-book parking at Eastern Plaza Carpark (opposite AAMI Park). Availability is limited on match days, so book early.

What’s the difference between Reserved and Full Season General Admission memberships?

Reserved Seat: your own allocated seat at every home game in your chosen category.

General Admission: access to every home game (Derbies excluded — upgrade available) with flexible, unreserved seating in GA areas.

What age qualifies for a Junior membership?

Children aged 14 and under as of 1 July 2025 qualify for a City Junior membership. Children aged 3 and under can attend free but won’t be allocated a seat — if they’ll use a seat, please purchase a junior ticket.

Is there a discount for concession card holders?

Yes — concessions are available for full-time students, pensioners and health care card holders. Select the concession price at sign-up and have your ID ready on match day if requested. Proof of concession may be requested after purchase.

Can I pay for my membership in instalments?

Yes — choose 12 easy, interest-free monthly instalments (charged on the first business day of each month) to your nominated Visa or MasterCard.

What is City Pay?

City Pay is our auto-renewal program — it keeps your seat from year to year and gets your membership pack out first. Pay in full or via 12 monthly instalments.

Will I receive a membership pack?

Full Season, A-League Women and Supporter members receive a physical membership pack before the season. Little Dribblers receive a special merch item and certificate. Flexi members receive a digital card for mobile wallet.

What’s included in the membership pack?

Adults & Concession: Membership scarf, pin, bumper sticker, member card, lanyard, and personalised packaging.

Juniors: Junior merchandise item, card, lanyard, and personalised packaging.

I was a Reserved Seat member last season — can I keep my same seat?

Yes — Reserved Seat members have priority to renew their seats until 1 August. After that, remaining seats are released for new members or relocations.

I’m a new member and want to sit with friends/family — how do I do that?

During sign-up you can select your own seat. Choose the same membership category as your group and use the live seating map to pick seats together.

Can I change my seat during the season if I’m not happy with it?

Seat changes are possible (subject to availability). Contact the membership team on 1300 255 432 or membership@melbournecityfc.com.au. If a new physical card is required, a $15 reprint/admin fee may apply.

Does Melbourne City FC accept Companion Cards?

Yes — Companion Cards are honoured. If the Companion Card holder purchases a membership, their companion receives a free membership in the same category (digital card only). Provide the Companion Card number at sign-up.

How do I get my digital membership card?

Before the season, members with game access receive an email with instructions to download their digital membership card to Apple or Google Wallet. Please allow up to 5 business days from sign-up/renewal to receive your link. If you haven’t received it, call 1300 255 432 or email membership@melbournecityfc.com.au and we’ll resend it.
